22-23 May 2025: Welsh Hospitals Dental Specialty Meeting

BDA Welsh Hospital's Group in association with HEIW is delighted to invite you to join us for the 2025 Welsh Hospital Dental Specialties Meeting to be held for the first time at the International Convention Centre Wales.

The event will follow the usual format over two days with Specialty Group scientific meetings on Thursday and the annual gala dinner in the evening. Prizes for the best presentations will be awarded during the dinner.

GALA DINNER AND ACCOMMODATION

The popular Gala dinner will be on Thursday evening and include a drinks reception and prize giving - We warmly encourage you to attend this fantastic social event and further details will be published here by 14 Feb 2025.

POSTERS AND PRESENTATIONS

Please note this year the closing date for abstracts is 31 Mar 2025. Electronic abstract submission is via this website only. No other method of abstract submission is acceptable. No abstracts can be accepted after the deadline.

Please pay particular attention to the rules for abstract submission, in particular please note that only one presenter is permitted per succesfull abstract and the presenter must be registered to attend the confernce.

KEYNOTES

The theme for this year is "Health and Beauty". We have secured a selection of inspiring keynote speakers who will deliver their keynotes on Friday.

PROGRAM AND ABSTRACT BOOK

A draft program will be available below and will be finalised here in the next few weeks. 

All abstracts for accepted papers and posters will be published along with the final program in glossy booklet to be issued at the meeting. A PDF format will be available online.
